I am a Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Replenish Counseling serving the Nashville area.
I work with teens and young women going through life transitions to find their way through challenges and create self-compassion and self-confidence.
Who I am
Pre-Licensed Counselor
LPC-MHSP(t)
I graduated from Vanderbilt University with dual degrees in Medicine, Health, and Society (MHS) and Psychology. While at Vanderbilt, I also had the opportunity to study abroad in Copenhagen (the happiest city in the world!) in a public health program for five months.
I knew I wanted to help people live healthier lives, so after graduation I started working for a healthcare technology company that makes products for patients. Things like patient portals, online billing, price transparency, etc – all products aimed at making healthcare in the US more accessible to patients. While there, I worked in a variety of roles in strategy, Human Resources (HR), and product management, which also led me to be transferred around the country to three different offices (Nashville, Atlanta, San Francisco) where I each lived for a year. But after four years at the company, I felt like something was missing. I knew I was meant to do something bigger that could impact people individually, which led me to apply to the counseling program at Vanderbilt!
I earned a M. Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vanderbilt in May 2025 and am a “Double Dore”. I believe my prior corporate experience gives me a really interesting lens to work with my clients who may also be facing a fork in the road in their own career journeys and life transitions.
Meet Robbie
Certified with AKC Good Citizen and Animal Assisted Interventions
Meet Robbie, our loving rescue dog who perfectly captures resilience and affection. At four years old, he’s truly become a cherished member of our family after being a delightful foster fail—evidence that the most wonderful surprises often arrive when we least expect them. Despite overcoming hurdles like a torn ACL, Robbie navigates life with a soothing calm and effortless grace, making him the ideal companion for those who need a little extra support.
Now officially recognized as a therapy dog, he brings joy and comfort to everyone he meets. With an innate ability to sense emotions, Robbie has a remarkable way of putting people at ease, reminding us of the profound healing power that comes from a gentle touch and a sincere, warm gaze. Ready to share his love, one wag at a time, he enriches our lives and the lives of those around him in the most heartwarming of ways.
